- Given the personalized nature of these dolls, they may not be refunded or exchanged.
- Face-ups are hand done and will slightly differ from doll to doll, making each one a one-of-a-kind.
- This doll is a customized piece of art. Please remember that if you make a commitment with a payment, Winnie is yours and cannot be cancelled. A portion of your payment is sent immediately to the factory and fellow artists to complete the order of your doll.
- Production time will be up to 9 months from the close of the pre-order.

Shipping:
Dolls will be shipped Priority Mail Registered
- Worldwide shipping available
- Please be sure your physical shipping address is accurate!
- Shipping costs will vary depending on destination and will include a tracking number.
- The shipping charge will be added at checkout.
- Priority Shipping time estimate is 5 business days domestic and approx. 2-3 weeks international.
- Orders that have been already paid cannot be cancelled. Also, layaway payments are non-refundable.
- All sales are final and the items can’t be returned.
- Postal Insurance will be included.
